Sweet Words from a Sweet Lady!

We had the best time PRIMPing Jenn and her wedding party. It was nonstop laughter, naughty jokes, and easy fun. We could not have asked for a more beautiful, fun, adorably sweet group of women (and man!). As you can see, Jenn glows. Inside and out!

There aren't words to describe how fortunate I feel to have found Erin and Jess. They were incredible to work with from the very start - responsive, professional, gifted, adorable, and hilarious. I hadn't spent very much time thinking about my hair and makeup, so I showed up two days before my wedding and asked them to make me look good. They did exactly that -- I've never looked and felt so great. And that's saying something because I was a bit of a basketcase when they showed up the day of the wedding. They got right to work and transformed the day. My bridesmaids also did hair and makeup and wouldn't stop talking about how much they loved both of their looks. So thank you again, ladies. I will continue to thank you forever for making me look and feel the part and for keeping us all laughing that afternoon. I wanted to keep you around for the rest of the evening. :)

More times than not, we end up feeling like great friends with our clients. Carly was a beautiful bride with whom we immediately fell in love!

We enjoyed PRIMPing Carly, her bridesmaid sisters, her mother, as well as the grooms mother, and her beautiful niece flowergirl. Sometimes the youngest members in the party are the ones who have the most fun!

Hello Jess,

Happy new year! Hope this note finds you well. This is a very belated thank you SO much for all your help with our wedding way back in July at the Alger House! My sister, mother, and I were all very happy with your hair and makeup work, both that day and now looking back at photos. And, as my sister pointed out, it was truly an amazing and professional makeup job you did -- despite breaking out into tears about 5 minutes after you left, my makeup still looked remarkably fresh and nice! (Also I should probably thank my sister and hubby, too, as they carefully tried to catch and dry my tears before they fell too far down my face. Ha. Last-minute stress!! :) Also, I really enjoyed working with you -- you were always very kind, prompt, professional, and down to earth -- you made figuring out the hair & makeup stuff an easy part of the time-consuming wedding planning process!

Thank you again for all your help, and I wish you all the best in the new year! If you are still in that awesome apartment by Astoria Park, perhaps our paths will cross again one day soon in the 'hood!

Swingin' 60's Sex Kitten

A theme for a wedding can be really fun. Lauren and her beautiful bridesmaids went with 60's Mad Men inspired looks. They all looked AMAZING! And we had such a blast mixing vintage style with modern sophistication. The results were stunning. More pictures to come!

Hey Erin & Jess,

Now that all the fun is over, I can finally properly thank you guys for the amazing work you did making me & my girls pretty for my big day! First of all, let me say we all looked beautiful. I was so happy that everyone looked different from each other, while they still had a vintage vibe tied in just like we wanted. All of my guests complimented me, which was expected, I am the bride after all. But, what I didn't expect was how many compliments I got on my beautiful bridesmaids! Having you guys over the morning of the wedding was just like having a couple of girlfriends come over and get you ready for a big date. You were fun, and we were all really comfortable with you, which is a really big deal on such a nerve wracking occasion. Not only that, but we were able to communicate what we wanted with you really easily, and I think everyone felt like you got each look exactly right. And, I have to mention your patience and determination to get the look exactly right, which is so important to a bride. We had a blast working with you, felt super-pretty, and celebrated the night looking gorgeous. I'm definitely passing your names.
